Rt.1 Tuba City, Rt.8 Chinle & Rt.9 Dilkon - Road Construction

The following routes:
Rt.1 Tuba City, Rt.8 Chinle and Rt.9 Dilkon between Ganado and Cross Canyon on Highway 264 (East & West Bound) are encountering road construction delays in the mornings and afternoons.
Please expect delays anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour. Remember road crews are working to improve the road for our commutes.

Public Notice
 

Navajo Transit System will be moving their stops in Twin Lakes, the effected routes are:

  • Route 4 - (Crownpoint, NM - Ft Defiance, AZ)
  • Route 14 - (Shiprock, NM - Ft Defiance, AZ)
  • Route 13 - (Ft Defiance, AZ - Crownpoint, NM)
  • Route 7a - (Farmington, NM - Ft Defiance, AZ) (Monday & Friday routes only)
Effective Stops: Twin Lakes Hwy 491 & Route 9 Junction & Twin Lakes Road Stop.
New Stops: Will be at the Old Twin Lakes Chapter House for all effective routes listed above. New Stops will be in effect on January 25, 2016.
